The Class of 1973 Endowed Scholarship

The Class of 1973 Scholarship Fund was created through generous donations by alumni of the LSU Health School of Medicine, New Orleans Class of 1973. This scholarship will be awarded to a medical student who meets the following criteria:
1. LSU Medical student entering their 4th year
2. A resident of Louisiana
3. Considered to be in good academic standing with the School of Medicine
4. Demonstrates financial need
5. Exhibits good character by service to the community, faculty and students

Additional preference will be given to any student who meets the above criteria and
1. Has served honorably within the United States Armed Forces
