Edgar Hull Scholarship

The Edgar Hull Scholarship honors the physician who was a charter member of the faculty of the LSU School of Medicine. Dr. Hull taught at the school from 1931 until 1966 when he became the first dean of the School of Medicine in Shreveport. Dr. Hull served as chairman of the Department of Medicine and was nationally known as a cardiologist and an inspiration and mentor to thousands of physicians.
