Debra Schiro Nursing Scholarship Fund
The purpose of this gift is to provide financial support to a student attending LSUHSCNO School of Nursing having a demonstrated financial need for tuition assistance and pursuing a Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
a. First preference shall be awarded to an applicant who is a single parent and a resident of one of the following zip codes: 70036, 70067, 70056, 70058, 70072 or 70094.
b. Second preference shall be awarded to an applicant who is a single parent and a Jefferson Parish resident of one the following zip codes: 70065, 70003, 70001, 70123, 70005, 70002, 70037, 70053, 70062, 70006, 70121, 70358, 70004, 70010, 70009, 70011, 70033, 70054, 70055, 70060, 70059, 70063, 70064, 70073, 70096, 70141, 70181, 70183, 70097.
